When to contact whom?
Issue affecting multiple residents:
All affected residents should report the issue in Dalux.
If the problem is not resolved, reach out to your building representatives. They will take the issue up with Newsec and/or Danske Lejere.
Personal issue:
If you have a personal issue that cannot be solved through normal means (Dalux or Newsec customer service), reach out to Danske Lejere directly.
The correct way to contact building management depends on the type of issue:
Administrative matters (rent, notices, move-in/move-out, deposits, consumption accounts, etc.) should be submitted through Newsec’s resident portal.
Maintenance and operational issues (repairs, defects, cleaning, building equipment, common areas, etc.) should be reported through the DaluxFM HelpDesk app.
Urgent administrative questions can be directed to Newsec’s tenant administration by phone at +45 45 26 07 53, Monday–Friday, 09:30–11:30 and 12:30–14:30, or at +45 70 27 23 82 for after-hours emergencies.
Please avoid sending management requests to the Residents’ Association. While we are happy to help residents understand the process or direct them to the appropriate contact, we cannot submit requests on your behalf or access information about individual cases.
If you are unsure where your question belongs, you are welcome to contact the Residents’ Association, and we will do our best to point you in the right direction.
If you need to report a maintenance issue, submit a ticket through the DaluxFM HelpDesk app. In your initial request, it is recommended that you state that you expect the issue to be resolved within 14 days.
If you do not receive a response, or if the response does not adequately address the issue, continue to submit follow-up tickets and reiterate your expectation that the matter be resolved within the 14-day timeframe. Keeping all communication documented is important.
If the issue has still not been resolved after 14 days, contact Danske Lejere and include screenshots of the tickets you have submitted, along with any responses you have received. They can review your case, advise you on your rights, and, where appropriate, help escalate the matter, including through legal channels.
As soon as you know that you will be moving out of UN17 Village, contact Danske Lejere by email at danskelejere@danskelejere.dk — even before you notify building management. They can guide you through the move-out process and help protect your rights as a tenant.
During your move-out inspection, the inspector will typically ask you to sign the inspection report on a tablet. Danske Lejere recommends that you decline to sign the report at that time. In most cases, the inspector will not pressure you to do so.
As soon as you receive the inspection report by email, forward it to Danske Lejere. They can review the report with you, help determine whether any charges should be challenged, and assist you in maximizing the amount of your deposit that is returned.
