🌳 UN17 Village Residents Association Ordinary General Assembly 2026

The Annual General Assembly of UN17 Village Residents’ Association (Ørestad) will be held on Thursday, 26 March 2026 at 19:00 in Fælledhuset. The meeting will be conducted in both Danish and English and can also be attended online via Google Meet.

The agenda will follow the standard structure required by the association’s bylaws, including:

Election of moderator and minute taker
Board’s annual statement
Presentation and approval of the audited annual accounts (2025)
Presentation of the proposed 2026 budget
Deliberation of proposals, including proposed amendments to the bylaws
Elections to the board
Additional matters

At the most recent board meeting, the board voted unanimously to support a proposal to revise the structure of the association. The intention is to continue the association as an umbrella structure for the building representations, with a simplified coordinating purpose.

Further information and formal proposals will be shared with members at least 5 days before the meeting.

If you wish to submit a proposal for consideration at the General Assembly, please send it in writing to board@un17liv.dk no later than one week before the meeting.

❓ Take your questions and hear your ideas

Everyone is welcome — you do not need to be a member to attend. Whether you’re new to the community or have been here since the beginning, this is a great opportunity to stay informed and get involved. If you have a question you would like the board to address, please send it to board@un17liv.dk in advance of the meeting (you can also bring your questions to the meeting).
